As a test, some retail stores in the
U.S. received the Pet-Temp PT-300 with a $10.00 rebate sticker attached to the front of the package.
Only these Pet-Temp thermometers offer the $10.00 rebate. To qualify for the rebate, the sticker
must be removed from the package and sent to Advanced Monitors Corporation with the UPC code and a
copy of the store sales receipt as required on the following Rebate Coupon form.
